Most vet bills sting because they're a surprise. Ours aren't. These are our standard starting prices — and for any procedure, you'll get a written estimate before we begin.
We accept card, EFT, and most medical-aid pet plans. Payment plans available for major procedures — just ask.

Questions we hear every day
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Booked appointments get priority, but we always keep slots open for same-day and urgent cases. If it's an emergency, come straight in — call ahead so we can prepare.
What happens in a pet emergency after hours?
Call our main number any time — after hours it routes to the vet on call, who will advise you immediately and meet you at the practice if your pet needs to be seen.
How do payments work? Do you take pet medical aid?
We accept card, EFT, and cash, and we work with the major pet insurance and medical-aid plans. For larger procedures we offer written estimates upfront and can arrange payment plans.
What should I bring to a first visit?
Any previous vet records or vaccination cards you have, a list of current medications, and your pet on a lead or in a carrier. If you don't have records, don't worry — we'll start a full file for you.
Do you see animals other than dogs and cats?
Yes — we regularly treat rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small companion animals. For birds and exotics, call us first and we'll either book you in or refer you to a trusted specialist.
Is there parking at the practice?
Yes, free on-site parking right at our door — no carrying an anxious pet across a busy street.
